Flashpoint Winter Edition: Registration Now Open!

FLASHPOINT provides an extraordinary opportunity to change how students think, speak and write. Join us to make a difference. FLASHPOINT has previously organised a two-week debate training during the Summer of 2013, which involved participation by more than twenty schools across Hong Kong.

Supported by the Hong Kong Schools Debating and Public Speaking Council (HKSD&PSC), details of our new programme are as follows:

Date:  22nd-23rd December, 2013. Each student will be entitled to a 3-hour session on 22 Dec (Session A: 10:00-13:00 OR Session B: 14:00 – 17:00), and a 6-hour session on 23 Dec (10:00-13:00 AND 14:00 – 17:00, they will be allowed to get lunch between 13:00 -14:00)

VenueDiocesan Boys’ School, 131 Argyle St, Hong Kong

Cost: FREE

Recommended forms: Form 2 – 4 (we are open to other forms as well)

Highlights:

1. Intensive two day training in both Public Speaking and Debating (English)

2. Top tutors: Including members of the national team, top scholarship winners and Oxbridge students.

We encourage registering newcomers and beginners to debate, as this program caters for Public Speaking and Debate at a relatively novice level.

Due to restriction in numbers, we invite you to register a list of up to five students, and a list of up to five students on a reserve list. Spots will be allocated on a first come first serve basis, first to those on the list THEN to those on the reserve list.
